obtained from an estate sale.

 This
is a super clean and workable vintage Singer Elizabethport “Filigree Pattern”
treadle model 66. The sewing machine was made on May 1925 on the Singer chart.

 The
machine is the what was called the “Old Black” with Filigree Pattern
ornamentation. The unit itself has all parts and areas that turns freely, would
assume that it would sew, needs a good cleaning, oiling and adjusting. Comes
with some attachments, and the manual—which is a little rough.

 The
cabinet is all original and is the model No 2, plain oak veneer cabinet with
(5) drawers

 We are
not sewing pros, so please review the photos and details for your assurance, of
model and dating.

The serial number is AA422462, which is dated may 19th,
1925 on the Singer chart.

The machine is in fair condition, recently belt was tighten….bobbin
winder wheel needs replaced…….,
The machine works freely and appears all parts move as it
should—-probably will sew as it should…but I am sure it needs a good
cleaning, service and tuning to be 100%
…The machine has some normal use
wear, some rubs, and scratches on the bed. The decals are in fair to good
condition for the era, some rubs and faded. As with a used unit, there is some
normal use wear, a few scratches and rubs, all as noted from the photos.

The cabinet is fair condition for the era,.. NO KEY, all drawers, lids work as they
should, top lid and surface has raise veneer (rough to feel), a water glass
ring and a couple of places that has large chips outs in the veneer (top
surface needs to be repaired and refinished).

Metal base clean and in good condition and works as it should, no cracks or welds, some faded and chips in
paint.
